Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided where available. Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility once the parcel leaves the UK.
